Phones & Voicemail
Phone and voicemail services include ordering desktop phones, configuring phone lines and extensions, setting up and using voicemail, and making special phone-related configuration requests. These services are handled through ITS.
The Provost firewall is responsible for controlling network access to Provost services, applications, and servers. It also blocks malicious requests and network traffic directed at Provost resources.
USCNet Wired Network
The USCNet wired network is the data network computers and other devices physically connected to a wall jack on USC's campuses connect to.
Conference Calling Services
Conference calling services, or "bridge lines", are phone lines that can be shared by an office or department for the purpose of having meetings or other group phone calls on a single line. This service is provided by ITS.
Cisco SSL VPN
The Cisco SSL VPN is a downloadable remote access tool that allows users to access certain protected resources and services while they are away from campus.
