Provost IT has numerous business continuity methods in place to insure that we can continue to support you during a disaster or other emergency. These methods are designed to allow you to reach our team for immediate support, even if working remotely.

Our most up-to-date contact methods can be found by clicking here, or by clicking on the Get Help page above. During a disaster, these methods are designed to function as they normally would. However, due to higher than normal request volumes that are likely during an emergency, the fastest and most effective to reach us is via email or our online Service Center instead of via phone. If desired, you may also email us and request a callback. However, due to the need to prioritize critical issues during an emergency, entering a description of your issue directly on our Service Center and requesting a callback or remote session if necessary is the fastest way to get help.

Our online service desk and remote support systems are hosted external to USC and are designed to withstand a significant emergency or disaster without being interrupted.
