The Undergraduate Advisement System is a web application and database used by academic advisors and other student services staff across campus to provide a multitude of academic support functions.
The Undergraduate Advisement Database was originally launched in 2007 by the Office of Undergraduate Programs as a web-based tool for managing the many aspects of the student advisement process at USC. Since then, it has become an important tool in USC’s retention and student affairs processes at the undergraduate level, helping students schedule advisement appointments, and helping advisors communicate with students, maintain records, generate reports, share data, and more.
The infrastructure that powers the Advisement Database is maintained by Provost IT; however, all support for the system, including new user requests, are handled through the Office of Undergraduate Programs. For more information on the account setup process, click on the link below.
Staff users must be on the USC Network (USC Secure Wireless or the USCNet wired network) or connected via VPN to access the advisement database.
