USC and the Office of the Provost will be closed for winter recess from Monday, December 20th, 2021 until Monday, January 3rd, 2022. The University resumes business operations on Monday, January 3rd, 2022.
The USC Provost IT helpdesk will be closed to non-urgent requests during this time. Phone calls will route to voicemail and non-urgent tickets or emails submitted over the winter recess period will be responded to after the break. If you have an urgent request during the recess period, please follow the after-hours support information listed on this page. Staff are still available to assist with any urgent issues and system outages that may arise.
