The EMS Event Management System is an online and desktop application used for room and venue scheduling by several schools and departments.
EMS is used to manage and book rooms and venues across campus by various departments and offices. Students representing campus organizations, as well as other authorized personnel, may additionally use it to view the availability of select venues and rooms in preselected buildings.
The infrastructure that powers EMS is maintained by Provost IT; however, support for the system and for booking rooms is provided by the local scheduling departments listed below. For support with EMS, please contact the department or school who maintains the space you are inquiring about.

EMS is not used to schedule shared-use classroom spaces in buildings not maintained by a specific school (i.e. Taper Hall of Humanities, Grace Ford Salvatori Hall, Von KleinSmid Center, etc.). For inquires about classroom spaces in these buildings and other professional school buildings not listed below, contact classroom scheduling.
