The Avaya One-X app is a desktop application for Windows computers which allows staff with Avaya desk phones to use their computers to make and receive telephone calls. It is also known as a “softphone”.

A compatible computer as well as a microphone and speaker (or headset) are required to use the One-X app. Applicable licensing fees from Avaya may also apply. For compatibility information and to learn more about how to use or set up this feature, contact Provost IT.
